Almost a good news for a change.
In Minsk the parties involved called "contact group" signed a protocol to stop the hostilities as of 15:00 MT Moscow time. Uncle P.P. preferred to hang around with "more important" people in his opinion, such as the 12th imam of west, others who have control over his offshore $s, etc.
In Minsk there were members of OSCE, RF and UA. Kremlin released a statement that it's hopeful that conditions in this agreement will be followed by both sides.

These bozos really got addicted on this "sanction" business like on a nasty candy. No matter how much harm it causes to their own economy, they still doing it, - just to bother someone else.
