Couple of days ago, while listening to your show I entered to a B&N bookstore and looked for your new book under "new releases" and "fiction." Couldn't find it, asked the info. desk, the guy looked up and showed it to me on the discount table, right in front of the door. So, it's there.
Thursday and Friday I heard some parts of the show. You were talking different things, including the train crush in Philly. Wasn't anything monumental for me.
This week I expected to hear about the 70th anniversary of Victory over "brown plague" in Europe and in the world, but didn't catch you talking about it. No mentioning of a huge, gorgeous parade in Moscow with presence Gen. Sec. of UN and 30 world leaders whose countries population combined counts for 45% of the world.
If you did and I missed out, I'm sorry.
Suggestion; -- At the beginning of the show tell about topics you're planing to cover by each hour. Give us a schedule. Of course, it might not go as planned all the time if you're taking "unprotected" calls, but it's something you have control over.
Sometimes busy people in the middle of the day can't listen to all 3 hours of the show in waiting to hear your take on the topic they're interested in.
Above-mentioned one to me was the epic topic of last week, but it wasn't for you. Don't know why?

I heard the first half an hour and I was through and through. because;
a) don't like fiction in general, (because it was yours I gave it a chance to do exception)
b) don't like the title and the topic for reasons you might not guess,
c) was disappointed that you created an ethnic Russian character to start with,
d) while reading from the book you were asking for confirmation from listeners, claiming that the places and names are thoroughly researched. ???
I have Qs for your claim;
1) Who did the research? The ghostwriter?
2) Who is your consultant on Russia? You don't speak Russian, you're not interested to find out what's going on there right now, which is a global urgent news, you don't know the culture, the geography, the history, etc.
Since when and why during your creative process you ran out of any other alternative, that you're personally more connected to, such as American, Jewish, Irish, Italian, but picked on idea of creating a fictional character, which is ethnically Russian?
I know what you'll say in response; "It's a fiction book and I can create any character I want!"

Huge and successful Victory Day Parade for 70th anniversary took place in Moscow and some smaller ones in more than two dozen other cities in RF.

Delegations, representatives and leader of 30 countries from around the world were in Moscow to commemorate the occasion and pay their respects to veterans. Wonderful weather in Moscow.
Parades took place also in CIS countries.
At 13:48min. into the tape, when Minister of Defense of RF, Army General Sergei Shaigou reports to Putin that participants are ready to start, you can see Chinese president and his wife sitting right there. That's the most prestigious spot for guests, isn't it? I believe so. Remember what I said before?
Chinese first lady is a very elegant person. She deserves compliment cards sent to her. Maybe I will.
Her voice is amazing and her delivery of music is spiritual. I love her singing, voice, the persona she brings into it and the tonality of her voice, although I don't understand a word of lyrics.
Look at that asshole on his cell phone at 16:00min., when P. starts to address the parade.
Should I be an authority figure in RF, I'd want to find out who he was and do something about it. Should he have other more important things to do or hear, he should not be there at the first place. My diagnoses of this behavior is this;
1) epidemic of "brown plague" was not eradicated completely or 2) its susceptibility ran out already.
The third, - what one famous Russian politician says; The WEST is overfed and bored and wants another war for entertainment. He also says, rightfully; "do not rescue anyone, do not have mercy for your enemies. Soviet soldiers should not be crawling half a Europe in the mad to get to Berlin. We should bomb them from the air (which they have already capacity to do) and get rid of Germany all together, so we would not have the same problem again today." He's very right in every practical sense. If germany would disappear all together as Assyria and other countries have been throughout the history, we'd not have this conversation and this new dangerous threat in the world today, which is against, at first directed toward Russians.
Enemy came to USSR when people were asleep and started to annihilate them all by bomb-shelling from the air indiscriminately, calling them "inferior" humans who deserve to die.
And, N.- Germ had a "written agreement" with a scary character like Stalin, that Soviets got nothing to do with their historic problems and geopolitical ambitions and they're not going to fight against them.
Today Nato is getting closer and closer to Russia, against their post-war and Gorbachev-time agreement, want to put a some sort of a "shield" which can shell RF's all military bases and, pay attention, at this time they DO NOT even put in writing that's so called "is not against them."

Compare the these 2 things; written agreement with Stalin being voided, as pleased,

Huge and successful Victory Day Parade for 70th anniversary took place in Moscow and some smaller ones in more than two dozen other cities in RF.

Delegations, representatives and leader of 30 countries from around the world were in Moscow to commemorate the occasion and pay their respects to veterans. Wonderful weather in Moscow.
Parades took place also in CIS countries.
At 13:48min. into the tape, when Minister of Defense of RF, Army General Sergei Shaigou reports to Putin that participants are ready to start, you can see Chinese president and his wife sitting right there. That's the most prestigious spot for guests, isn't it? I believe so. Remember what I said before?
Chinese first lady is a very elegant person. She deserves compliment cards sent to her. Maybe I will.
Her voice is amazing and her delivery of music is spiritual. I love her singing, voice, the persona she brings into it and the tonality of her voice, although I don't understand a word of lyrics.

Should I be an authority figure in RF, I'd want to find out who he was and do something about it. Should he have other more important things to do or hear, he should not be there at the first place. He's very right in every practical sense. They tell me stories that don't make historic sense to me, because 1st, they're not coming from the roots of the problem, 2nd, there are things which are not recorded actually and they weren't there themselves.
At 3 years anniversary of that accident, a group of pols were protesting close to RF's consulate in UES. It was a small group, perhaps 50 people or less, carrying P's pic. like a Dracula or something.
I was passing by, it was getting rainy, had no umbrella, but stopped, hang out with them to fond out what was their grievance? None were speaking English. There was one Georgian flag among them, a pic. of airplane. They wanted to cross the street and Police from 19th precinct were holding them back a block away. They didn't know either what was the occasion for gathering. I walked away without finding out. None were even interested to "try" to explain to me. They were there just to scream.
I found out later by myself.

If he could write for himself (by learning from his wife of many years), he'd know very easily what he was saying and wouldn't get "confused." I liked the W. Bratton's speech much better. It was OK for him to read, in my opinion, he had names and numbers and he's a member of law enforcement family, but the mayor?..... He walked and stood bent forward and shoulders down, like embarrassed and pressured from above. He should be. His massages emboldened lots of thugs and discouraged good cops.

Yesterday I heard a part of your second hour. You were talking about shooting in Texas, freedom of speech, etc. I also heard a part of O's talk on D.v.d L.tt.rman. Haven't seen him often without teleprompter, was surprised, so I listened carefully. I guess what he said he learnt to recite by heart for many years, mentioning sl.v.ry as his usual ace card and speaking out of 4 sides of his mouth. I can put the whole thing and analyze by sentence and show the entire mind-game-by-stereotypes created by false believes, falsification of historical facts and racism-against-whites institutionalized propaganda machine, but...not now. Maybe later.

Not only "international community" and "western world" didn't give a damn, but the city today is under the control of UA's so called "Nat'l Guard" and some privately owned neo-nazi armed groups. Great Russian ballerina Maya Plisetskaya passed away in Germany from cardiac arrest. She was something else. I have no words for introduction. Everybody who never heard of her, should check her story out. I'm glad that she survived long years and died from natural causes.
She was a unique one among the brightest stars in the stage of world ballet and pride and joy of Bolshoi for many years. I remember her performances when I was younger. We couldn't get into the theater, - forget about it, but never missed a chance to watch a spectacle shown on TV. That was something that no one wanted to miss. People left anything else and watched TV together.

To see, hear and to be transformed into another spiritual dimension, you should watch her art.

Today is a Labor Day holiday in the entire territory of former soviet union, besides 3.
May 1st, when I was there, used to be a such a wonderful. beautiful, happy, bright and lovely holiday.
It was loved, cherished and observed by everybody without exceptions. May 2nd was a day of also and called Mayovka, when people go out for mini vacations, just go out to meet-up, visit friends and relatives, just take a stroll in the streets of the city, propose to each other, get engaged and married, - you name it. Anything from little pleasures connected with the spring weather to the big, serious things in life you'd like to do at memorable happy day, you'd do that day. Many concerts, sport activities and competitions, street entertainments balloons, placards are usually all over.
I gladly see, now from far away, that tradition is continuing.
At 1tv.ru/news/social/282991, despite of not that bright weather, today 130 000 Muscovite's took a stroll through the Red Square with Russian tricolors. "Pervomai" as it called in Russian is a "holiday of Spring and Labor" and this year wasn't exception; - there were very few political placards in the parade.
Motto of the day as it was before stays the same - "Peace, Labor, May!"
It's not just a day off in that country and surrounding areas who shared that holiday for decades.
It reminds people of their youth, shared nostalgia of old-good days, even there were times that weren't so happy, but being together it makes them celebrate their mutual struggles and overcoming of life's difficulties together. It's a happy day of life's renewal, it's connects people in many ways and everybody brings their young to share the experience with them.
I have my own bright and happy memories about those Mayovka days. **********************

When I saw yesterday briefly on TV that young AA lady was hardly reading the script given to her,
I thought she was a protester from street, maybe related to the victim, that's why she got the podium, but....
After getting very tired, I went to MickiD's where TV is on cnn. Somehow I had a nasty feeling that I'm going to hear and see something unpleasant (surprise, surprise). So, didn't even feel like eating, felt like might throw up from what I might see and hear right there. Got a large coffee and sat down.
No wander, it took a few short minutes for cnn (********), before my coffee cool down, to "alert" (like they discovered another planet which is going to feed as for free) that they got the 6 officers' mugshots and are going to show.
I've just got my first sip and there it was; 3 whites and 3 BLACKS? Why is this portrayed as a racial issue? Knowing that when you say "racial" you mean whites against blacks. This is the other way around; a magic created by media, paid by lawyers and doctors.
My esophagus eructed as natural reaction to my nervous system. 2 people turned and looked at me (bums who hang there all day) and I starred right back into their eyes. There weren't just looking at me out of curiosity of the noise, they were looking with hateful nasty faces like it was my fault and now they've got me and I should pay the price. Then I saw the young woman trying to read from the paper on the podium pretty badly again, and found out that it's the prosecutor. One of those close to me said in praising tone "she got only 4 mo. on the job and look at her!" like it "suppose to be like that. Then, I said half loudly, like I was talking to myself " and she is going to put another young woman in jail, what's "good" about that? That wasn't any one's concern, they were all back, one Hispanic and they were rejoicing the reports from street crowd running, chanting, screaming and having fun.
"What's the "good" thing in this situation all the way around," I asked again half-loud to myself.
No answer. They could heard a belch but not a reasonable Q. Those who're running for "justice" will do whatever they want, as long as it's the way they like it.
I felt racial tension in people today, of course from blacks to writes on my experience. I really hope I'm wrong on this. I pray to G-d to be wrong on this. I have lots of black neighbors, especially with the ones on my floor we always hug and kiss each other. But most of them out there are not like them, so I'd suggest to get out with live streamed camera if you're afraid.
Should all the events be on camera a long ago, we wouldn't have this chaos right now.

My esophagus eructed as natural reaction to my nervous system. 2 people turned and looked at me (bums who hang there all day) and I starred right back into their eyes. There weren't just looking at me out of curiosity of the noise, they were looking with hateful nasty faces like it was my fault and now they've got me and I should pay the price. Then I saw the young woman trying to read from the paper on the podium pretty badly again, and found out that it's the prosecutor. One of those close to me said in praising tone "she got only 4 mo. on the job and look at her!" like it "suppose to be like that. Then, I said half loudly, like I was talking to myself " and she is going to put another young woman in jail, what's "good" about that? That wasn't any one's concern, they were all back, one Hispanic and they were rejoicing the reports from street crowd running, chanting, screaming and having fun.
"What's the "good" thing in this situation all the way around," I asked again half-loud to myself.
No answer. They could heard a belch but not a reasonable Q. Those who're running for "justice" will do whatever they want, as long as it's the way they like it.
I felt racial tension in people today, of course from blacks to writes on my experience. I really hope I'm wrong on this. I pray to G-d to be wrong on this. I have lots of black neighbors, especially with the ones on my floor we always hug and kiss each other. But most of them out there are not like them, so I'd suggest to get out with live streamed camera if you're afraid.
Should all the events be on camera a long ago, we wouldn't have this chaos right now.
Psychotic anders.nco.per, who is poisoned by his own work-related-makeup (i'm not kidding, this is 100% true, he said it on TV and I saw it myself), was so joyful talking to the guy reporting from the streets, like this was another Egyptian spring. I moved away from the table I was sitting around and try to just look at the pic and hear the tone of the voices. I'm a very auditory person and I catch tones
in their delicacy. Those 2 (from the ground and in the studio) was exchanging triumphant high tones with romantic and joyful rhymes matching the street scream-burst-outs, like it was some sort of happy celebration of highest order. I was flabbergasted.
1st of all how this prosecutor who cannot read, much less talk freely, has done her "own" investigation? What does that mean? The guy died April 19th, less than 2 weeks ago. She has her own laboratory to do toxicology tests so fast?
How "independent" it is and who decided so? I'd like to ask her one Q only; did she ever watch channel .sc.p.?
How many stories she can remember? Should her answer be positive, I'd proceed with more Qs.

The whole thing makes me sick. I feel sorry for the guy who died and I feel sorry for those officers' and their families' ruined lives also.
You were right; no matter what happens, even if they're exonerated, their lives never will be the same.
I understand that the guy died of his psychcal injuries. But it has to be proven yet. What about other factors?
I have my theory on this, but can't go into it right now because of the time constraints.
All I know is none of the people out there having their 5 min. of fame in front of cameras, helped this guy to do the right thing and come out of his environment and lifestyle.
I want to know which one of his family members, that are planing became-rich-on this-tragedy on the taxpeyers' expense (who got nothing to do with this anyway), gave him a few $ and more importantly a good advice?
No one will ask the right Qs to those who brought him to this world and in the throughout his 25 years failed to do many things. Nosir, they will be treated like royalty and send them to the bank - big time. Good day for lawyers! I give it to them! What else I can say?
Try my suggestion; only criminal charges, not punitive ones on the books, because it simply not fair. Should that be the law, there would not be any riots.

In Odessa, thugs had their own parade; freely marching through the square of Kulikovo in front of House of Unions where last May 2nd 48 people were burned alive.
The way Kiev answered to the accusation it sounds like people inside the building burned themselves alive.
A year later "Nat'l Guard of UA came together from 14 regions to "enjoy" themselves.
I can't believe this is going on in Hero-City-Odessa today.
Just like a hell for veterans and nightmare for those who are loyal to them, their sacrifice and the memory of their fallen.
