There were some meetings going on between 2 sides in Ukraine. The last one was in Minsk again and they decided to make a buffer zone along the line of borders of DNR and LNR, which will take 15 km each on both sides. So the entire buffer zone is 20 km, and both sides are obligated to keep it free of any military equipment, vehicles and gun fire.
At 1tv.ru/news/world/268095 and also @Starlet737 (tw#762) heroic Evgeniy Lyamin reporting that at the contrary of the agreement signed Sep.19th, to immediately stop the fire, Kiev thugs continued to fire around the village called Peski on the lines of self-defense and on top of it bombed a chemical factory in Donetsk. The blast shook the entire city and mushroom cloud from it was seen from all over the city and in its surrounding areas.
You should see the footage to believe the size of that terror act from Kiev.
They do this s..t all the time, they go talk peace while at the same time do the opposite. Candy king of Kiev talks "peace" in one place, while the same day addresses congress asking for lethal weapons and money, asking nato to "work" for him as low-lives they are to "protect" him. My Q is "from whom?"
They are the perpetrators, they're the ones who went from one area in their country to another one to kill people and destroy everything on their way. Why? Because DNR and LNR people wanted to talk their own language - Russian and didn't want to recognize coup produced new oligarch thug - bosses in Kiev. Who asked them to do armed overthrow of duly elected president and its party members, when the latter already agreed to have new early elections? Nobody! So why someone in its right mind should go along with it?
To me there will be second and 3rd maidan coming and sooner the better get rid of the mob rules changing in Kiev.
Now... What happened now? To shut the mouths of people of southeastern regions they try to kill them and destroy their homes. For lots of them they, unfortunately, they did.
As of today more than 3000 people are dead, who knows how many injured for life, entire regions are not conducive, etc. Now, because they lost, "federalization" is not needed and I hope the victims will never go for it. ONLY INDEPENDENCE and/or joining Russia to be safe what suppose to happen!
That much blood of innocent, mostly working and feeding the rest of bozos in the country, should NOT ever go in vain.

In fact Nat'l Guard and other privately recruited thugs from the west and Kiev (among them also Polish and other Europeans, who went to war to improve their shooting skills on real people in real war zone) as of right now, are congregating on the road of town called Enokieva, which is the only road in between 2 major cities Donetsk and Lugansk. There are many tanks, heavy artillery machinery and more forces are coming there.
Look at the tape from 0:57 min. to see it with your own eyes. Ekaterina who lives in vicinity of Donetsk is crying, saying from the bomb her mother died while sleeping at home and she with her 3 years old son now are sleeping in the basement only. The kid is so scared already, he has no reaction. "What kind of ceasefire is this," - she says while crying her heart out.
Writer and author Zakhar Prelepin went to Donetsk area to take photos, see things with his own eyes and talk to people. Self-defense worrier Aleksai tells him that all his family went to protect people. They were outside of the cities and towns to protect the civilians inside and get the fire on themselves. His father died at Sep.5th - the first day of so called "seasefire," his brother is injured and in hospital today.
"When we got attacked we went to get the fire on us to protect the innocent resident civilians, but they fire and bomb residential areas and privet homes indiscriminately. Sometimes we don't even return their fire, so we won't provoke them more, but they don't stop anyways," - he says, - "they're not only Ukrainians, there are many hired ones from other places, such as Polish, Latvians, neto soldiers, even Americans." To the Q if he saw their passports, Aleksai says "no, we didn't see their passports, but heard their languages spoken."  

All and all, I, the writer of this blog, think that the whole thing is a farce.
Kiev gave so called "special status" after all the atrocities it had committed and still got defeated, (which made it worse for itself and had no choice left anyway) and using good words to continue to do bad deeds. They gave the east a "right" to elect its own government. Well, hello? It already did without asking! They already have their elected officials. Candy king pretends that he "gives" something (which he no longer can control), while begging for money and "special status" from nato to be protected in case of being attacked.
Attacked by whom? When the last time they were attacked by anybody, inside or outside?
To me it's the "prostitutes' policy." Prostitutes do that, while screwing they are the ones screaming "morality."

On Tuesday, "right sector" neo-nazis were in maidan again burning tires and "protesting" against the "rada." Apparently they're not satisfied even with phony "ceasefire." They're not the ones who try to cover their real colors. They want more blood, they want it now and tomorrow, and are proud of it!
The hair-head ex-PM woman went to rada to "protest" the agreement. She is one cobra-head vermin.
In the meantime, a few days earlier Uncle PP came to USA and got a spotlight reserved only for world leaders who did something extraordinary, such as addressing congress could be the honor of
Churchill or some such. But no, standards can be bent, if needed, especially with this administration.
He was excepted as one of their own, like a kidnapped baby or something, who just came back after committing heroic deeds. Oh, boy, oh boy, to me, to an American who got my citizenship by choice and merits, not by chance or accident, the first time congress looked like a dome full of bums, I mean real bums; dressed up and fraudulently rich and wealthy traders of their own. What a shame!!!
At 7:45min of the tape you'll see the multi-billionaire bozo who don't spend his fortune, but asks for money abroad, fooling them.
Check the house he has and lives in, see it looks like WH. And the other bozo he lives in the real one temporally, feels like he's more powerful. Powerful by other people's money and/or printing of it.
Mind is a terrible thing to loose, and the worse thing for anybody who has to pay for those mistakes the "lost minded" make. What the HELL!

Didn't give so called "special status of ally outside of nato" either. Why bother, before and as of today there are Americans fighting on Kive thugs' side of the hot war anyway. About UnclePP's speech, I'll tell you who wrote it; one person in D.C. and had it approved by the genius and faxed it to Kiev. Don't forget war instructors from USA are not only on the line of fire, but under name of "consultants" working in Kiev, in Defense Ministry and Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is like our FBI. Yope, have a full time job, sitting in those buildings and directing the chorus.
Last week the third convoy with humanitarian aid was gone from RF to eastern UA, at 11:40 min, distributing help to basements, where people are still stuck.

Look what people say and how things look like. The ones who want or must (because of their family members left behind) return go through the roads of war with distractions ans burnt war machines.
They know there still is no water, no gas. One lady says "we're needed here, that's ok, we'll survive, we'll cook on the wood and hot stones, some people didn't leave at all, how are they doing?"

Look at monstrous looking black, burnt down houses and buildings along the way everywhere.
Look at the people collecting water from one fountain in town. A man says they don't have the water and electric for more than 2 months. To the Q "where did they get containers for water," the man answers, - "from the humanitarian aid from Russia." It's at 3:25 min into the tape.
There is still curfew in Lugansk, there are no lights for sidewalks and traffic alike. Because it's becoming dangerous to talk around after dusk, everyone observes the curfew anyways. Retired didn't get pensions from June, teachers, doctors, anybody is getting paid by government or by someone else is broke to the bone.
"Supposedly" schools in Lugansk should open from Oct. 1st, but looking into bombarded schools, you can have a big Q about the possibility of it.

At 1tv.ru/news/world/268097 report says that UN estimated the damaged caused to Bonbass worth of $440 Million. Also, at least 3219 dead, among them 33 kids, injured 8198, and the refugee number I do not trust at all. It's too little, especially the ones who went to Russia. Report underlines that these numbers are conservative, in reality they can be much higher.

At 1tv.ru/news/world/268122 says that self-defense forces reported 11 breaches of ceasefire in last 24 hours.

In Donetsk region there was the 5th exchange of POW between the 2 sides. At this time were 28 men from each side. Despite the request from self-defense to do it during the day, the other side got late and got into the dark again. Heroic Anton Shishkin reporting at 1tv.ru/news/world/268123. From the hostages among the self-defense, there is a woman, who was detained for 2 weeks. She never hold a weapon in her hands. She, heroic Asya Aratunian says that she was taken because of transporting refugees in her car from Slavyansk. They were stopped, called "separatist" and taken hostage by UA military. Many of taken weren't even fighting. At 2:50min. you can hear a man saying he was home watching TV, when a car stopped on front of his door and when he opened the door, saw men in masks who took him hostage. At 2:56min. another men says he's a civilian person, who never fought and was taken for just "headcount" for quantity. In Kharkov he was beaten up, convinced to put a false "killer" confession, etc. Another one - Alex Kuznetsov is hardly walking to the bus. You can see the color on his face and eyes. Heroic Daria Morzonva says the hostages weren't feed for 2 weeks, were tortured, that's why their faces look like earth.
While this is going on, there is still 5 explosions heard from the side of the city, so everyone rushed to return to their locations.
In report at NTV.ru/novosti/1219037/video you could see the conformation of information that most of freed people weren't from self-defense forces. Majority of them were civilians who got taken away from streets and their homes. A man who was and is a civilian says he is ashamed to be born in country called Ukraine.

In the meantime criminal UA's thug military continued shelling of Donetsk.
