I listened to Mayor Bloomberg on John Gambling show a few weeks ago. This sugar drink stuff makes lots of sense to me. Don't know why you're against it.
He didn't say you're not "suppose" to drink as much soda as you want. It's also practically impossible.
You can buy 16 oz. caps as many as you want. The policy can be enforced only on businesses which obligated to answer to the city. You can buy a tan from supermarket and take a bath in it too.
Let's look at the argument: New York City pays $4 billion for obesity treatment, $150 billions go into fat-care in entire country from federal budget. You're the one who yells and screams about health care costs. Right? Right. Especially the ones who burden the system without being able to pay for themselves. Of course, for the reason of political correctness he didn't mention how many of them are belong in what ethnic group. I'm sure there is a statistic. But, you know if it is not to blame the society for that, better not to mention. How would you say loudly that people who considered "poor" in this nation are the fattiest.
In which other nation the poorest people eat so much they can't move no more? Oh no, you can't mention that, watch your mouth! You're a white man, you can't tell the truth, let alone criticize. You might be banned from USA too.
But... seriously, you know and I know, if they'd pay for it with the money they worked for, they wouldn't eat or drink that much. If you, as a taxpayer pays for it, why can't you voice your opinion, especially that it's a fact and it's bad for everyone.
In this particular case why wouldn't City say or do something? Why should I pay more City tax to New York for those that take 2-3 sits in public transportation, depriving me from a sit. Many years ago I read in the paper that airlines are spending about $400 million more on fuel only on takeoff, because of the people's weight. Their luggage is bigger, most likely they feel sick and disturb the flight, etc. etc.
I'm going to go into this a little deeper later.
He is the Mayor and he's a big taxpayer. I'm grateful to him for doing something about smoking.
I'd go much further besides smoke, junk food and sugary drinks. People should be treated for free only if their disease is not related to their bad hobbits directly and indirectly. What about that? Ha? Talk to me!
They use recreational drugs, eat and drink, even live for free, have unprotected sex and reproduce (for what they get more money) and when get sick you and I pay for it? Wow! You do, if you want.
I'm sick and tired of bums who made themselves bums. I remember you were angry talking about them in your program. Do you know how many I've got to see, to be around, interact and tolerate the discrimination preferring them in every way by the system. It came to the point that if you're normal - you don't matter, you're nothing, you're a victim of the bum. Bum can hurt you, get free everything and might not even answer to the law - because now it's fashionable to be crazy. You're crazy - that's nice - you'll get everything first and fast. You're normal - get the hell out of here, go work and pay for
nasty minority racists who take care of only their own. So you pay for both - the bums and their care takers and you have no rights as a normal white person.
White Christians are most discriminated, unprotected element of this society. That's what they did to
themselves by giving everyone the same rights. It only went the other way around, turned 180 degrees and it's getting worse by the day. Killing everyone else is a hate crime, killing a white person is a love crime. Jacky Mason mentioned it in one of his Broadway shows. It's funny the way he says it, but it's tragic in reality. Tragicomedy it's what it is - the American democracy and liberalism as a cause of it.
Do you know in other languages there are words directly meaning "over-eater" in adjectives? English don't have those. It doesn't have lots of words that describe behavior with adjective. Now it's suppose to be "an eating disorder?" Isn't it caused by liberals finding ways of feeding themselves for free?
Nobody was cautious to use those words in so called "totalitarian" country of USSR, but in "free speech" USA? Oh, no... watch out! You'll be fired from your job at least, as I was. 
Would love to argue with you on your show. You want to start with a light note? Let's start with the cost difference between big and small caskets and burial grounds. This was in the media, I'm not making it up. They take more room from others even when they're dead.

That's brilliant! You said "Body armor against Liberalites? Ha, Ha, Ha! I'm in library and laughing out loud.
You hear? They're going to approve unlimited tax overpayment? Nice, finally...  I want to see how much
Mr. Buffet is going to sent to IRS. Like he couldn't do that before? Yeah, right, tell me about it.

If you'd know what liberalism is doing to my life every day in every way, directly and indirectly, you wouldn't believe. Equality wasn't the thing minorities had in mind and wanted to be mixed. That was only the first step to turn the abuse, control, violence through the power they're seizing especially after last elections.
You could hear it openly from black entertainers, especially one comedian (who by the way is black and my favorite), confessing.
Racist blacks and other minorities (such as Spanish and Asians joined by self-hating white liberals) everywhere doing whatever they want, no police, no nothing. Nothing helps. Entire system for me is dysfunctional because of my "wrong" color and I have to pretend that this is not happening in order to survive. Unless it's on hidden camera streaming live, you won't believe. No notes, no pictures, no books can tell the real story. Only live video can. Racism against white people, against this country and its good, law abiding citizens, especially the one like myself - innocent, decent and not connected, not only goes unpunished in daily bases, but is being provoked and encouraged by media complex. Remember "no new is a good news" for them, because the bad news is feeding them.This is a direct conflict of interests between them and public they "supposedly" serve, while they're using public airways. Go figure!
This is the country I came for freedom of speech and equality 21 years ago. American mythical reality confusing the world and ruining productive lives in here and in countries around the world.

I'm listening right now. It's second hour. I also listened both conventions that you covered. I appreciated that you stayed behind from going for vocation with your family to be on front of mic. Hope all other listeners did too. Every year this day brings back somber memories.

I'm in Upper West Side and listening on internet, looking to the faces of people while walking. Can't believe how fast summer gone by. I missed so many things, like I'm carrying the pressure

of the world on my back. At 38th minute of 2nd hour you're talking about Hollywood sewage.

There is a nice poster on the side of telephone both with an ugly, but groovy animal character.
Underneath it reads: Eats flies, dates a pig - a Hollywood star. It's the green frag with triangle face. How many are different in life from this one?
Talking of racism with peanut butter sandwich. It's funny. I personally hate it, but racism??? What else is not racism these days. You should find out about my daily life. The only way to really cut the sh.t short if I'd have a streaming video broadcast and everyone would see on live time.

I'm continuing to listen and wondering if any other woman is listening to you in UWS. It's hard to get someone to talk to around here about issues we agree on.

Do you really believe prayer helps? What kind and how much of it? No wonder even Mother Teresa
