Yesterday, blue Monday of 28th, 2014 you had a substitute. I was working and writing this in real time.
Look at this; 1TV.ru/news/world/264104 @Starlet737. (tw.#586) In town called Gorlovka, which is in Donetsk region in Ukraine, last 24 hours Ukrainian military indiscriminately shelling residential areas with missile system "Grad". Russian media is calling it "military crimes." Look at the people hiding. Entire families are dying together; mothers, fathers, grandparents and children all together and their homes are gone.
Heroic Anton Stepanenko is reporting. Viewer discretion is advised for seeing those pictures. Entire family is dead while walking, mother is dead with tightly holding the child in her arm. From only one bomb more than 30 people are dead in the middle of this town. Apparently Gorlovka is on the way to Donetsk where military is heading. 6-7 elderly women were sitting together selling fruits and flowers in one place on the street corner, - none of them survived. Another bomb got into the woman's bedroom and killed her there. etc. etc.
To top if off, Kiev first said that those who are dead are died by their own fault, because they should be gone by now, then announced that self-defense did it to "discredit" them. Good American strategy teaching.
All I can see is that Kiev is so blinded with vicious power, they have no regard for anything.
Their plan is to clean up entire regions from humans. They need the land without humans on it, no matter who they are ethnically. I feel sorry for Slavic blood all together. One day they'll understand who was really doing this to them and why.
In the other clip at 1TV.ru/news/world/264106 heroic reporter Sergei Zenin showing people leaving the area of another city called "Shakhtyorsk" ('town of miners'), which is also on the way of UA military route to Donetsk. The experts and members of OSCE who are there to do their jobs and protect the area of the disaster from airline crush, are stuck in hotels in Donetsk and can't get to the site.
Roads are being constantly shelled despite UA gov. promise to keep a peace in order to allow foreigners to do their professional job.
There is a strategic heights called "saur magila" which UA army reported to have taken control over, but reporters couldn't confirm it. All they heard from self-defense forces is to get out of the area because there are UA military in 0.5 km from there. Shakhtyorsk is in active war zone right now, you could hear the bombardments. While riding he says OSCE finally drove to the side of the accident, but the man in his car leaving the town says they're by the entry of the city, but can't go in. Moving in the car towards Donetsk S. Zenin explains what can possibly happen to them right there and then;
1. if UA military already took "saur mogila" then they can move towards Donetsk from there,
2. if they didn't yet, then they can be moving towards Shakhtyorsk, which can meet them face to face.
Then, the end of the clip they got into Donetsk where the head of OSCE was saying that they escaped fires and couldn't access the territory of the accident, that their work is not done yet, there are remains of victims we have to collect and more evidence from the wreckage has to be taken for expertise. Official of city of Donetsk was requesting to stop the hostilities to able experts to finish their jobs.
WOW, I bow to Zenin. You have to have iron nerves to do that job. Imagine you're at work and your enemy any second can come face to face and finish with you and your colleagues.
In the meantime you can find out what the mess entire Ukraine is in now. Oligarchs pulling their own robes having their own interests besides the government's, one forming his OWN militia forces. Ordinary people already feeling the pain of $ in their pocketbooks, because all of their residential service expenses rose and climbing.

Company called "privat" which belongs to one of the oligarchs had a sign in its 1500 gas stations that there is no gas. ? ? ? What happen? PM was saying that they stored gas until the end of the year. ? ? ?

(dark skin soldiers) in destroyed UA military tank, when they got to them.
I personally saw in one of the reports couple of months before, a white young man with fluent American English, wearing all American solder's gear saying "we don't care who the enemy is, we're here to fight." He wasn't covering his face or anything. He seemed to be a legitimate fighter who was doing his job. His job is killing for money. He wasn't there to sort out right from wrong. Couldn't care less.
In another report from UA sources I saw that new pres. P.P. promising new armament, new protective clothing to soldiers. The report said that USA gave $33 million for that. Can it be "take this money and buy these from us" deal again?"
As soon as the Malaysian plane hit the ground, Kiev screamed for more "help" from the West. $$$ !!!

And without even asking my opinion he passionately gave his praise for Putin, calling him the last man whose culture belongs to western civilization and still dares to stand up for some values that his nation believes. "He's the Man, they should extend his presidency limits to forever as long as his people elect him, so he can protect them further," he said, they can't scr.w him, that's why they're mad." I was surprised. I asked what sources does he listen or watch, he said almost none, he is working most of the time on the street and gets the news from around him. But he's not naive, he knows how the world goes around and as an African from Africa he respect Russia, because for many decades Africans were able to go to Russia and study for free. He had family members who studied medicine and became doctors and went home to practice. "Most of the sane world is with him," he said. I gave him sources he could watch in English about the conflict and of course your name (which he never heard) to listen to. He called another man in the street who was talking to another man to join us and tell his story of being in politics in NYC. This one was an African-American man, born in Brooklyn and he used to be an elected official. That is only 2 km (1.5 miles) from the hotel where Int'l observers are staying.
A man who ran home from work for lunch was killed right there and when the wife came out she couldn't recognize him, she is in tears and in horror saying that she only recognized his shoes.
Orphanage with 49 little kids (average 4 years old) with medical problems, which requires medication on time is being evacuated to another town. Protection of kids caught up in war zone was discussed between Putin and the head of Council of Human Rights of RF Mikhail Fedotov.

NTV.ru/novosti/1155496 shows refugees who fled Ukraine with tears and shaken, telling how they survived and fled, how in Russian soil they saw strangers met them and took them to their homes.
This is in city of Stavropol of Rostov region of Russia. Lady from village called Krasnogvardeyskaya saw the families who arrived and took two families into her house. Her name is Valentina Brovchenko. You can see people are hugging each other in tears like they already knew each other. A woman is telling that when they finally crossed the border and saw Russian soldiers, they cried from relieve and happiness. A woman tells that a young soldier started to comfort her saying "welcome to Russia, here no one will try to kill you" and started to cry himself.
I can not still believe what I'm seeing. This is not sinking in my conscious.
When last winter in Kiev's "maidan" square some were protesting, organizing and executing a factual "coup d'etat," all these people who are refugees now were going to work, raising family, working in their gardens. Donbass is the industrial heartland of Ukraine and was feeding the rest of the country. Nobody from Kiev went there and asked their opinion as what to do with their mutual government. After the "successful" coup, which many of the "heroes" involved are calling "a revolution," these people came out with disagreement of the conduct of a few and did a referendum to be more autonomous then before. They asked for federalization, like we have in USA. They didn't ask to be separated from UA or connected to Russia. They wanted some more self-governance, so they would be able to protect themselves from what might come up as new Nazi type regime and show its real colors. And, as we see, they were right in their predictions! The flames came out of the mouth of the monster sooner then they thought. That's when they decided to go for full independence of 2 regions together and call it Novorussia, which it has been before.
Too bad weren't ready for such an immediate, vicious, full combat military outburst on their faces. It didn't take long for the beast to blow fire out of its mouth destroying everything on its path. Besides raining bombs, on July 17th they "arranged" fire and corpses together flying down from the sky on those poor people's heads. Imagine if the plane would come down on the village?
I believe that's what was planned.
This wasn't an accident. UA military were retrieving from this area at this time, self-defense were surging, when new pres. of UA promised "surprise" and surely kept it. It proved to be "raining down fire and human dead bodies from the sky."
Now, with all the calls of "Int'l community" to halt the hostilities, UA gov. renewed its war crimes with new power and force with disregard to the presence of Int'l experts arrived for the tragedy and the presence of OSCE. At the same time a pig face from Kiev didn't waste a minute to scream for money and arms from the WEST.
Who this would and will benefit? Of course not Russia. Look who is looking for more dough. Not Russians.
This accident could not, would not, did not and will not benefit Russia and its standing in this conflict as we see. Just common sense would go a long way in this instance. This was a barrage of stones thrown into the bear's den. How much The Bear can tolerate hoping that the pack of wolves would get tired and go away? Apparently the pack got a madness condition, like rabies mixed with mad cow disease.
What would you call a government who is sending troops to kill its own citizens? Government who calls entire area of 7 million people all sorts of low names and calls on them to get out of their homes or die?
Yesterday I only could hear you for a few minutes. You said that you're perplexed, and asked if we, your listeners, are perplexed too? Yes I am. Then you said that without your audience you'll cease to exist. That was emotional. For your comfort, I'd say, you'll cease to exist as a talk show host, not a creative person, father, grandfather, husband or a friend. Why be so gloomy. Maybe you should start putting me on the show more often, so we can enjoy talking and laughing as long as we can. I can say very serious things in light way.

Today midday news from Moscow shows that Lugansk has been bombarded, one dead body on the street, many buildings damaged, basic products of survival are in dangerously low supply. In the meantime, in neighboring Donetsk region battles are intensifying for the town of Gorlovka. Bridge there is destroyed and water canals are damaged. It's a humanitarian crisis.
In the meantime, caught up in battle and wounded 18 soldiers of UA army has been treated in Russian hospitals and were returning back to UA. Some of them had serious, life saving surgeries.

Former PM representing the eastern regions of Ukraine Oleg Tsaryev says that for today's resignation of PM is a clever gesture to escape the responsibility, ones he recognized that everything is in trap in the corner of dead end. This same vermin - yats-yuk worked for every administration before, dealt with RF many years, he was the one on top of the coup crowd, WH had him coming in here like a friendly "prince," but the time came when he didn't see what he was looking for - big $$$$$$ for free, so he's asking out. He should be convicted of organizing a coup against duly elected head of State and organizing mass murder of his own people.
Tonight I'll pray that at least the war will stop in the east before these clowns get their minds together and decide what to do next; to dissolve the parliament or not, how to keep it together, when to have new elections, which parts of the country can and can not participate in those elections and why, etc, etc. More and more Qs than answers are growing by the minute in there and apparently no money coming from the skies for them tonight.
What in the world Putin can do anything with this?

New revelations by eyewitnesses from the both sides. There were 2 plans on the air. One was the Malaysian passenger jet and the other was Ukrainian military SU-25 fighter. Latter shoot the former and then, while coming down, was shut from the ground. Pilot ejected himself and was given safe heaven by ground forces of Ukrainian military.
The PM of self-proclaimed republic of Donetsk said that self-defense forces DO NOT have a fighter jets.
Air traffic in that area is controlled by dispatchers from Dnepropetrovsk, who answer to KIEV, not Moscow.
One day prior new armed forces from Kiev went to eastern Ukraine to intensify the fight - the killing and the distraction of entire area of their own country, orchestrated by the WEST.
No wonder WABC was broadcasting (right the top of the 2nd hour of your show) some spokes-mouth from DC saying "no matter who did this, that area will feel the consequences," Which means "we'll go there and finish them all?" Is that it?
How many corpses should be enough for Putin (ethnic Russian and ethnic Ukrainian as well) to do something about this? I wonder if his advisers have a limit in their minds.
All Int'l experts should go there. I hope they can see and hear the local people and feel for their ruined lives.
Russia doesn't have any air forces close to its border with Ukraine, according to all Russian sources.
That Ukrainian pilot who survived can be the key witness, unless the West keeps him under the rug, "accidentally overlooks" some of what he'll say, or, if push comes to shove, declare him insane. The fair thing to do is to interview him simultaneously by all parties involved.
But, because of the burning hate on top of the bias, "fair" assessment won't have a chance in here. At least not right now. Right now he's being "cooked" the way his masters believe fits their agenda.

I ordered our military agencies and civil organizations to fully cooperate with investigations to let Russian, Ukrainian and as well as the world public know the truth."
UA's president, candy grandpa oligarch (whose candies are sold mainly in Russia), was quick not to call it a tragedy, but a "t.r.r.st act." He had his mind made up already while rescuers still were fighting the fire.
In the clip 1tv.ru/news/world/263375, an expert, retired military fighter pilot of RF Ruben Yesayan counteracts his conclusion saying that the way pres. concluded so fast what happened, how and by whom, in fact showing that he already knew who did it and were quick to try to cover up. The fact is the air traffic was under Ukrainian control. Malaysian side said that the plane didn't send a stress signal, which means it happened very quickly.
Self-defense has some equipment to fire into air, but not the ones who can shoot that high - more than 10 milometer above. That's only a property of UA's military.
I'm wondering if this was a new thing sold by the West. They were trying a new toy given by the new masters and boom, apparently checked it alright? What would you say?
UA military got reinforcement at the beginning of July in the territory of Donetsk People's Republic and July 16th with the relocation of new divisions, many of them got into this area. Living and dying alone is a rough thing and it makes especially extrovert humans angry, hostile and hateful. That first, and then, after hating themselves, their family and the country, that anger brings them to both conscious and subconscious behavior of self-distraction. And if someone wants to destroy himself, what can he do to you, should he get a chance? "What goes around, comes around" comes from Sanskrit. It is an infinite truth.
That's how I see it.
Many libs and progressives that I met personally for last more than 2 decades were very self-hating people, who didn't even tried to cover it up. "To destroy" is their motto and they're proud of it.

I heard the second part of your show today. You were talking about different things; psychotherapy - comparing it to confessions in Catholic church, then a little food, etc.
Then you said very correct thing; war starts when 2 sides believe they're the right ones. True. Every war is a break down of communication or absence of information which creates fear.
But in this day and age of satellite in space, mass media, press, social media, almost every phone having a camera, to have a civil war in the middle of Europe and pretend that no one knows what's going on is the most disturbing thing in the whole equation.
It is unacceptable in every level. Policy makers who have to work on talks greatly outnumbered by those who are fanning the fires for their own profit.
You didn't talk about full-fledged civil war waging in Ukraine perpetrated by its own government against part of its own. How any government can call part of its population, 7 million at that, all sorts of low names. New PM of UA called them "subhumans." West Ukrainian radicals name ethnic Russians with so many degrading names, you should hear it to believe it. Even 2 high end women politicians in there call for the death of Russian nation openly. These are the people who we suppose to be friends with and help?
Conductors of this orchestra are from Europe and our good old US of A. Pour Joe Biden's son was unemployed, needed to survive, right? That's why after war broke he finally got a job in Ukraine's biggest oil company, right? Right! Biden family ran out of jobs in America and in other war theaters, such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and who knows where else. I can't translate what she says, I get sick in my stomach. You should do it yourself. Read the English text. No rational mind can believe in such thing in this day and age, especially in that part of the world.

Now, she says in the central square of Slavyansk, UA military soldiers organized "public execution" by inviting all who was left in the city - women, children and old people and kept the mother by force, took her 3 years old boy in t-short and shorts in front of her and like Jesus nailed him on a wood. Cutting him from both sides of the abdomen, let the kid scream, suffer and bleed for hour and a half, while witnesses were falling unconscious. 2 were holding the kid and 1 was nailing, she says - right in front of the mother. After they took the unconscious mother, chain her on the tank and took a tour around the square for 2 times until she expired. One round is a kilometer, she explains.
Reporter Julia Chumakova asks if she would be in danger after this interview and Galina says that she is from western Ukraine and her own mother said if she'd go back home she'll shoot her. She's so devastated by the brainwash of the west, that if she could take arms and go with self-defense force of her town, she'll do that. She says that's not the Ukrainian army, these are the grandchildren of Nazis.
She says town was full of decomposing bodies on the streets, no morgue, no funeral home was working, no able body men was in town to bury them and stench was all over. The whole world should know, she says, she's not scared of her open face and giving out her real name, because last 3 months she become like a stone, she don't feel anything anymore.
Kudos to Shumakova! Although she is in territory of RF while taking this interview, in her place, I just would fall a part.

I'm a Citizen by conscious choice, not by chance. Somehow I never liked the word "proud," but don't like to be called stupid either. On whose beck that "compassion" problem is going to seat? G. Beck's?
Your'e right, whoever want to help should help REALLY, such as take those to their houses, provide all the "help" from their own packets and pay more taxes on them. If Americans who are "pro" on this would go to those countries and adopt those kids, who would stop them? No one. So why they don't do that that way. Simple; be a nice person with other peoples' money under "helping" lie is much easier.
Plus, in the middle, they can still from the pot of "compassion" paid by naive.

Vesti.ru is reporting that in last 24 hours 3rd bridge was destroyed in the east of UA. The 3rd one was a rail road bridge. Representatives of defense of DNR said it's done to blockade Donetsk and Lugansk. You can see freight train stock and hanging on it.

3:08pm, you just started the show with a clip from someone telling that P.tus he'll "borrow" the power he needs to pass "immigration" bill. He uses word "borrow" instead of "grub".
Granny P.l.si - the new Santa Clausina of our times says that "there is one community with the border getting through." Ooh la, la!
You are right, by saying it, she is announcing annulment the border of this country, which directly contributes to demise of national security and our survival.
She should be removed right away in handcuffs and tried. Not impeached, no, impeachment will take lots of time, we don't have a luxury like that these days. Somebody should get guts and say "enough is enough."
Country is out of control physically, because of not-security of the borders, contaminated morally by thoughts and behaviors of immorality and violence, getting stupider educationally and sinking in deeper debt financially by the day. What's left, I ask? What can I do? I'm still searching. I'm going to give glory to God and keep searching. My head is high, my spirit is up and my conscious is clear. I'll do what I can for my country. For country that I didn't get my chance, but got it by choice and showed merit to be able to be here and part of this.

Yesterday I couldn't listen to you.
Today you just started with saying that you don't want talk about rogue presidency today so listeners won't get bored and turn you off.
You say ACLU wants to remove a cross from Mouth Soledad, which is a prominent landmark of the city of San Diego, CA, which represents veterans of ALL WARS.
"Because Cross represents only Christianity" - so they say, thus lawsuit is supported by same atheists and some Jewish war veterans. I don't have any moral expectations from people who believe that they created themselves, but the Jews? Oh well, we'll see what happens.
Another news of the day; 3 Jewish teenagers are killed in Israel.
Now you say your listeners are depressive because they're listening to talk show in the middle of the day and trying to explain how we're suppose to channel our depression.
To you life is "sink or swim" and one has to learn how to survive.
I channel mine by writing this to you.
You're against antidepressants because they kill creativity. That might happen in 2/3 cases. 1/3rd of the chance it wouldn't. I'll explain to you, if we ever meet.
You're saying you don't want to talk about topics above, but you're actually are talking about them.

You didn't mention Ukraine. Eastern Europe, one of most educated if not THE most educated part of the world, Christian culture is burning in brother killing war. If you don't know much about it, for what I can't blame you (because you don't speak the language and you can't trust main stream media) you can take my calls and ask me Qs. I always point out facts and show appropriate sources.
There are Ukrainian and Russian info. sources in English, although limited, but you can compare and do your own conclusions. I can direct you, translate for you and answer your Qs objectively. I'm not ethnically Slavic, don't have anyone there whatsoever.
You told us that most of your listeners are from former Soviet Union. Now why are you surprised that your ratings are down?
Other talk show hosts' ratings are down too, but I'm your regular, so I expect better reporting on this issue from you vs. others.
I think I'm going to watch football today seriously after more than 30 years of break. I can't recollect any sport event that I sat down all that time and watched carefully.
In former Soviet Union football was predominant sport. I wasn't a fanatic, but at least like most of the people I'd watch championships or the games my local team would play.
Why I didn't watch it here in so many years? First I wasn't so emotionally carefree to spend time watching sports and didn't have a side to fan for.
I LOVE one part of football the most. Unlike baseball it has a set time.
