I think he's confusing (or made to be confused) word ceasefire with "peace-fire," which don't exist.
He chooses the latter and uses only the second part, hoping that you can hear and remember only the first part. Maybe he's getting voice lessens, how to pronounce that, so people can hear and believe the only "peace" part.
He did this before! When ceasefires was announced by all Int'l players of this show before, he said "yes" and used it to reinforce his military adventure recruiting more soldiers, training them, buying more arms from the west, sending more to battlefield and killing more. During the prior ceasefire which was for 1 week, not a day or an hour Ukrainian military stopped firing; killing and destroying.
Now again? One should be an idiot to listen what he says or let him talk anymore.
OK, I know these are "harsh" words I'm putting here. Really? Not against him.
Let me tell you what would I do in his place and you'll see how could I be a better president.
No, I'm not and never will run for anything. No worries. But this is my scenario.
If EVEN I would decide on something, which would prove to be wrong, ineffective, self-defeating, dangerous or some such, and decide I need or stop it, first I would stop it right then and there.
First I'd tell my secretary to call every major networks on TV to connect with me by Skype as soon as possible - going live air.
In this particular instance in his place I would do this; (check the time how many minutes that'd take)
take a piece of paper from my desk and hand-write the following,

"Due to dire state of affairs in the war in SE of UA, I order to stop the fire immediately and unconditionally. I'm giving the order now to defense minister (name) to stop the hostilities indefinitely.
I'm asking the heads of Donbass; Lugansk and Donetsk regions (names) to follow our example, PLEASE.
I strongly believe that my western masters, oh, sorry, I should say colleagues, will agree that this bloodshed took us to far. We're at dead end and can't continue on this path.
No more drop of blood from any sides of this tragic turn of events should be shed from this minute on.
I'm addressing and telling everyone involved in this conflict: - THIS WAR IS OVER."

I listen to your sub. for half an hour today talking about group of back wearing men landing on the shore in CA, all ages of illegals sitting in classrooms together and that Spanish representative's "explanation" why we should legalize all illegals. He is more of a tribal representative, somebody should call him racist and stupid at the same time. Legalizing illegals will bring more people legally and ILLEGALLY alike. If he's not going to show me the money how he's going to take care of them such as providing food, housing, healthcare and other things, he should be sued for directly and indirectly promoting and aiding for the economic and security demise of this country. Whoever he likes to be with or around, we should not be forced to pay for, he should go to them and stay with them. Hopefully should educate them to be as smart as himself and create a better country and better lives for themselves. What about that? He has enough money to leave this country and travel and stay wherever he wants to for the rest of his life. If he doesn't have one way ticket money, I promise right here and guarantee that I will tell him, and personally take him to a place which will pay it for him. Somebody who still has his testicles attached should say this him publicly in his face - for God's sake!

There is a place in Donbass called Kurgan sour-magila, which stands at 278 meter high and have been a bloody battlefield in WWII against nazis. Minimum 23, 238 soldiers, majority from 5th Army of Soviets put their lives for this strategic ground. After war was over there was a memorial for heroes with those twenty three thousand two hundred thirty eight names on the big memorial. Has been a spiritually holy place for those who went there to remember whose who didn't even had their own graves - for their sons, husbands and father. Try just go through reading their names and ages...... Imagine lives they didn't live, imagine people who were not born, those who died before their time without care, because they have been gone.
It was a sacred place for raising those descendants who grow up after them to pay their respect and reflect on their lives not liven. That was a site of pilgrimage for education.
After Aug. 1943 battle for this strategic height in WWII (it has a view of 40 km radius), generations have been going there to learn lessons of history and appreciate what they have gotten after victory of their ancestors who shed their blood here - their homes, their language, their identity.
71 years later of the bloodbath, in 2014, for couple of months, this place again was taken by neo-nazis sent by kiev's rulers, (now paid by US and EU governments), and have been almost completely destroyed.
The good news is; after a mouth of bloody battle - today, 71 years later, again, hallelujah!,
Kurgan sour-magila was taken back by those whose fathers' and grandfathers' names are on its memorial tablets. ! ! !

These are the ones who have been counted, who had someone around them to see it and be able to report it. This never can be the exact number. What about those who are dying from thirst and hunger and can't get out? City didn't have electricity and running water for weeks. What about a woman with blown off both legs who would most likely die from her sufferings. I noticed that the headline of news from RF don't even mentions the injured, because there are so many of them.
You have to see it to believe it. Kiev thugs are bombing every building they can - indiscriminately. Bombed the college building which was empty, but ruined it and killed the security guard. Bombed the city's cultural center, bread factory, which can't be repaired. One bomb came down on a car in a street with family inside with the kids and burned the whole thing and everybody inside instantly.
On city of Alchevsk in Lugansk region heavy artillery started coming down from 5am, when people still were asleep. This all residential little town wasn't hit yet, but as you see it didn't escape the fate

This shows that those Kiev's recruits who are drafted under threat of court marshal and those hired in private battalions by billionaire-oligarch-Kiev appointed- governors of Donbass are way behind incompetent or "inexperienced" as their commandos call them, but given the order to bomb anything they want to. PM of DNR - Alex. Zakharchenko (ethnic Ukrainian) says that self-defense is ready and able to fight back.

Asked to tell why USA instructors from security training companies are fighting in UA,
- 1000s of miles away from their shores? How American newest weapons of war ended up in Ukrainian National Guard's hands in battlefield? "I'd ask my American colleague to ask Washington not to get involved in other sovereign country's affairs, then not only Russia and Ukraine, but lots of others countries in the world will breath easier" - he said.

In the meantime O said that if Russia would send humanitarian help to east UA again that would mean "invasion." Can somebody tell him the news? Russia got involved, scared the thugs of Georgia and took South Ossetia under its protective arm - next to their brethren in Northern Ossetia which was already wit Russia and was very happy. Now-days the president of Georgia then, who started it - M.S. is in America hiding from extradition to face court for crimes committed for mass murder and other high crimes in Georgia.
After soviet union broke in parts, America and the West running nato had an eye to expend to east. Ukraine and Georgia were the battlegrounds they chose and started their work. Gave them print from the thin air $$$$s, sending military trainers, whom they nicely call "consultants" making to buy their military products using the same money they gave them, etc. etc. Usual American story; give the money then send the tanks. Look at the wars still on hand all over the world. They can't even come out of it.

Those are mostly civilians, residents of Southeastern Ukraine who were taken by different militia groups hired by oligarch governors appointed by Kiev and so called Nat'l Guard, which is the name of regular army of UA.

After seeing how "crafty" Foxnews could get in front of me, I stopped watching it. I wasn't belong to OWS movement, but I covered it by talking to anybody and everybody. Oh, I forgot Churkin at UN meeting today also mentioned the fallen Malaysian airplane and the result finding about its demise. All the space pictures shew that there were two airplanes flying very close; one was the passenger jetliners, another one military small jet, which belonged to UA military. The latter hit the civilian plane, then while coming down got hit by the artillery of self-defense.
When one soldier said to someone (who was taping) in Russian "we hit a plane" he was pointing out the place where the small jet was. The big one was nowhere close. The big one could not be reached while flying by any of the arms they've got. The small one in lower altitudes got their attention.
Do you know how this was skillfully planed? You don't even imagine how "good" those american military consultants are and how hard they worked on this. I give them the credit for their skills and thanking God that it didn't work at this time. Hear this; should the passenger plane with almost 300 people on the board flew another 2, I mean two minutes more before it got hit, it would come down on
a first village in Russian territory (i forgot the name) which has population of 6,000 - six thousand.
No one claimed the body of the pilot of the military jet? Why? Was it an American which is declared lost? So, now you can see clearly how clever it was prepared.
In my scenario that conversation went like this "Let's get a passenger jet down and blame Russia.
Then obviously threaten, demonize, brew worldwide hate, put more sanctions against it and get it into a war we're looking for. We need this war, we have too much debt and we need to preoccupy people's minds with this, while selling arms and making billions.
Q; what country's airline should we target. Let get one of the Europeans ones (thanks fellow american war experts for that, I really mean this, no joke), preferably few or no American on board.

It should scared the heck out of people living on the ground around that field. The rain of human body parts come down on their roofs and backyards. It was a miracle that no one on the ground was killed.
But this was the one of details calculated by perpetrators so carefully which failed to realized for their own disappointment.

He is more of a tribal representative, somebody should call him racist and stupid at the same time. Legalizing illegals will bring more people legally and ILLEGALLY alike. If he's not going to show me the money how he's going to take care of them such as providing food, housing, healthcare and other things, he should be sued for directly and indirectly promoting and aiding for the economic and security demise of this country. Whoever he likes to be with or around, we should not be forced to pay for, he should go to them and stay with them. Hopefully should educate them to be as smart as himself and create a better country and better lives for themselves. What about that? He has enough money to leave this country and travel and stay wherever he wants to for the rest of his life. There is a place in Donbass called Kurgan sour-magila, which stands at 278 meter high and have been a bloody battlefield in WWII against nazis. Minimum 23, 238 soldiers, majority from 5th Army of Soviets put their lives for this strategic ground. After war was over there was a memorial for heroes with those twenty three thousand two hundred thirty eight names on the big memorial. Has been a spiritually holy place for those who went there to remember whose who didn't even had their own graves - for their sons, husbands and father. Try just go through reading their names and ages...... Imagine lives they didn't live, imagine people who were not born, those who died before their time without care, because they have been gone.
It was a sacred place for raising those descendants who grow up after them to pay their respect and reflect on their lives not liven. That was a site of pilgrimage for education.
After Aug. 1943 battle for this strategic height in WWII (it has a view of 40 km radius), generations have been going there to learn lessons of history and appreciate what they have gotten after victory of their ancestors who shed their blood here - their homes, their language, their identity.
71 years later of the bloodbath, in 2014, for couple of months, this place again was taken by neo-nazis sent by kiev's rulers, (now paid by US and EU governments), and have been almost completely destroyed.

When one soldier said to someone (who was taping) in Russian "we hit a plane" he was pointing out the place where the small jet was. The big one was nowhere close. The big one could not be reached while flying by any of the arms they've got. The small one in lower altitudes got their attention.

I give them the credit for their skills and thanking God that it didn't work at this time. Today afternoon i turned on your show, it was a substitute talking about domestic affairs. He's pretty good, but half an hour for something that I already know is enough waste of time.
I'm pro something journalists as citizens should do to make their occupation into a career.
But, let's not go there now and get the news from Europe.
At NTV.ru/novosti/1202796 and @Starlet737 (tw. #714) you can see that no matter the meeting and 2 hour face to face discussion in private between heads of RF and UA, hot war is continuing taking lives in possibly worst way in Eastern Ukraine.Ceasefire wasn't even discussed. So much so for a waste of time. And, D-tran who just gave to UA $500 Million of only one cause wasn't even there.
In this clip you'll see that 62 Ukrainian fighters gave in crossing to Russian and asking for safety. They are hundreds if not thousands of them in Russian hands. Most of them they, feed and send back.
UA TV shewed that as if a few paratrooper Russians were caught crossing the border. DAAAH?

Evening news is in from war torn Eastern Ukraine.
While Kiev thugs were parading and partying in the square which is still called by its turkish name,
given by their conquerors who killed, burned their homes and raped them, in Eastern Ukraine citizens whose' homes are burned, families killed and work places destroyed, are fighting their lives off for their homeland.
At 1TV.ru/news/world/266158 also @Starlet737 (tw #706) you'll see that the same "Independence day" many UA soldiers were taken by self-defense forces. These heroes were working at the time when the remnants of nazi ideologists were burning down "maidan" and taking power with coup over the country.
These "hostage" thugs and their friends first started with home-made
Molotov cocktails, then guns, then bombs, then after the "successful coup" their neo-nazi sponsors from europe gave them tanks, heavy artillery, Int'ly prohibited weapons of mass distraction like phosphor
bombs, system of Grad, BUK, Smerch
and other stuff and sent them to east side of their own country to kill their own fellow citizens in their homes, in their work places, hospitals, day-cares, churches, nursing homes,
you name it. Nothing was out of the list of distractions. And, the worst of all the ones they went to kill were and still are their brethren. The country they were destroying was their own, the country they are demonizing
and trying to harm - Russian Federation, which last 2 decades invested $250 BILLION into their rotten, corrupted and failing economy and gave them free gas to survive. The worst part of this war, which in my book has only execution sentence,is that there is no difference between these 2 ethnic groups, Russians are their half brothers, first cousins and their extended family.
I'm amazed by the integrity of eastern Ukrainians and especially the MEN in self-defense forces that they don't kill these thugs when they catch them, they don't torture them and believe it or not, giving them back to their stupid mothers and wives. Yes, you better believe it. I don't even believe my eyes when I see it.
Look at the logic of the US and the Part of western Europe who are doing this. What do they think they're going to accomplish? After so many deaths and distraction are they really guess that heroic
people (Russians, Ukrainians and other ethnic groups alike)of Southeastern Ukraine are going to obey their rule? No wander Tsar was calling them "sick men of europe." I mean really sick, mentally and physically. Look at Rasmussen's face. Look at the number - 12th sec. gen, which stands for sick-gene

the convoy was not let to go through the border control closest to its destination. Ukraine's ruling thugs authorized the station 500 km far away and only then when they got there only 8 days later tracks passed through. Imagine those drivers waiting by their vehicles without shower, proper sleep, etc. After every "excuse" used up by Kiev, Ukrainian border patrol workers weren't simply showing up for work. You have to watch this clip. Young mother of 2 crying, distraught that her 2 small children are hungry for 2 days and one of them already started hiccuping.
My Q is; what would you do if you'd be in Putin's position and see this mother? I know what I would do. Even some in europe, like Roland Fabius of France said that the humanitarian situation is catastrophic in Eastern Ukraine;people are starving, even eating rats, there is no water and electricity.

It's absolutely legal and called a "self-defense." When someone is in my safety zone without my consent, it don't matter who strike first. And, I was taught, it better be me!

"Lugansk before and after." The city which had 30 parks with fountains, has no drinking water.
During his 200 years of its existence this city was bombarded only ones and that was during WWII by
Nazis. It took 2 decades to rebuild the city and put memorials for fallen heroes who protected
it by giving their lives. And now, today, in 2014, it's being destroyed by their own government, by their own Ukrainian men, whose fathers and grandfathers also died for the same cause. How did this happen? What you can say and give to one to kill their own?
You have to see it to believe it. I'm speechless. This takes an emotional tool on me.
I have no weekend, no life to enjoy for myself, because of this war.

Apparently Red Cross didn't join the convoy with the freight, because until the last minute Kiev didn't not guarantee the safety of roads. The roads Kiev proposed weren't safe by the sources of self-defense.

For months RF was asking every Int'l organization - UN, Red Cross, DWB, JWB, you name it, to come check the convoy, be present at loading , escort it, get there together, help to distribute, take a picture, video, movie - you name it! But no, everybody played deaf. Finally Int'l Red Cross agreed and sent 30 workers. They did what they suppose to do, said on every TV camera that everything is OK and they were ready to go with convoy. I saw those reports directly from their mouths on camera.
What happen then? Aug. 14th; at first UA custom's workers were saying they didn't get the order from above to do anything. Then after RC said they inspected the loud, they started to inspect. While Russia was getting Int'l attention about the matter and putting more political forces on its side including Sec. Gen. Ban Ki-Moon, Kiev was saying it can't guarantee the security of the mission. Then, Kiev came up with an idea of allowing no more tracks than 100, otherwise it can be considered an "invasion." ??? What? Then, after a few days, UA's customs people said that they found out that the "papers" sent by Russia went to "wrong" ministry and they have to wait to get them. Do you feel the clownada in here?
That "wrong" ministry didn't have a fox machine?
Only the 8th day, when all the drivers were on the edge of their nerves waiting under the sun in open space on highways with no place to sleep deteriorating from sleeplessness and unpredictability of the
hostile environment (and imagine the fear of danger ahead on the roads in war zone), finally took off.
Kiev's thug pretends that he doesn't have a phone to call the troops to stop the fire while convoy is moving? He is a BILLIONAIRE. Maybe he should a phone for himself and fox machines for his ministries.
All those drivers are heroes. I'd give them the highest medals of homeland. They risked their lives

When finally UA border control let the convoy go forward, they told the drivers what routs to take.

But they chose what locals told them and so far have been safe - thank God! A few already got back to Russia, after delivering the aid to Lugansk.
West did't let any of its organizations to go with convoy because it would draw attention of the people around the world. They don't want anyone to see how many bodies they cooked alive with their "sponsorship." About the stooge in Kiev; I don't think he has a control over those idiots who west from the middle and western parts of Ukraine to kill their own people in eastern part of the country. It just called a National Guard. Almost all of those aggressors who went their with guns are hired and privately paid by oligarchs who he appointed as governors. Just the thought what would happen when the convoy gets there, makes me sick.

At 1TV.ru/news/world/266016 says that the humanitarian aid to devastated Eastern Ukraine is still waiting at the border of Ukraine. Also @Starlet737 (tw.#699).
Apparently the ceasefire zone and time initiated by Russian diplomats to able to let the convoy get its destination was objected by USA. Do you believe that? Even Secretary General of UN confirmed the need of humanitarian aid to the region, but so far have been stopped or delayed. How this can happen?

That of course would bust the economy of Europe, because they'd start to sell their own stuff. They'd give him the money to buy their stuff, like America does with some "allies."

Apparently the ceasefire zone and time initiated by Russian diplomats to able to let the convoy get its destination was objected by USA. Do you believe that? Even Secretary General of UN confirmed the need of humanitarian aid to the region, but so far have been stopped or delayed. How this can happen?

In the meantime the hot and ugly war is continuing to kill people, damage buildings and converting most industrial and developed regions of Ukraine into a dead zone. Cleansing, genocide, holocaust, what would you call it?
Good old America, the beacon of freedom, most compassionate country who is there to solve every international problem, give millions and billions of $s to every dictatorial regime and forgive their debt, is against humanitarian aid to one of most advanced, educated, Christian people in the middle of Europe? Isn't this a genius who got no less than presidential armchair? Wow, he has to go in 4 days somewhere to talk to somebody? This person heard of cell phone or internet? Maybe Billions of $s in his personal bank accounts all over the world helped him loose his judgement?
To me he is planing not to have a living soul in Eastern Ukraine in 4 days. Then he'll be glad to talk. I'll tell you what he's going to talk then; asking money to "reconstruction of the regions" where he's going to ask for money from Deutsch - tran and other sick men of Europe (like the Tsar used to call them, I think they didn't forget and take this as a pay-back time). That of course would bust the economy of Europe, because they'd start to sell their own stuff. They'd give him the money to buy their stuff, like America does with some "allies."
