A brief overview of last weeks news about events in southeastern Ukraine and around it is at 1tv.ru/news/polit/267131 and @Starlet737. (tw.#743)
While ceasefire agreement is fragile (last one in June lasted less than a week) it's still better than nothing. Hot heads who scream against it are only in Kiev. Putin gave a 7 step plan, UN agreed, OSCE brokered the deal, but uncleP.P. was in western Europe legally begging for money from his masters.
This temp. peace is needed for him and his party to go for elections next mouth. For him it's better than a total defeat with more corpses around. Would he be using this again to recoup and do it again as he did last time? It remains to be seen. Privately hired troops by some oligarchs do not obey the rule of Kiev. They obey their master only who pays them. There are a few of those out there and they can go anywhere, do anything, including looting, kidnapping, charging people for driving by, recruit more neo-nazi foreigners, - you name it. Who is watching? "Watchers" are ordering this mess!
Only those men who were protecting their homes and survived can do it by paroling while keeping their weapons handy at all times. That's a big area without rule of law and sheriff for now.  
Some people who are in refugee camps are eager and anxious to go home, no matter in what condition the home is. I don't blame them. How things can be evolved from now on to only positive direction without setbacks, I can only imagine. Looking who is ruling from Kiev and what the next bunch can come up with, starting from next mouth, I'd NOT put my gun down. No way!
The woman who bankrupted UA as PM and was in jail (very reach, hiding her money overseas), is working hard on her comeback asking EU membership out-right, the one who is a PM now (who was a speaker of rada then) is against this compromise, the other hot-headed radical, scary neo-nazi L.shk. in this agreement sees a "threat" to his country's whatever. Not worth to repeat even.
Looking from above to all of this; Russia say peace, UA wants fight, Russia offered help, UA ran to west, Russia sent humanitarian aid, UA was stopping it, Ukrainians go to Russia, live there, work there, send money home, no body bothers them. Russian TV regularly invites members of rada. while on the side of UA they call ethnic Russians who live in UA every law name, including t.r.r.sts,  and don't mind to indiscriminately kill everybody living with them and around them in southeastern UA, including their own family members calling it "cleaning" the land.
That was a cleaning alright! They tried and tried hard. Wondering what their "masters" next instruction going to be. So called the "Plan B." Next round of war can simply start with provocation.
The problem is that there is no cool, collected, interdependent head in Kiev who is running for office. Except a few of those from "Party of Regions" who were representing the eastern regions and they are not that aggressive to win. All of the front faces are the ones who already have been in power, already did a bad job of bankrupting that country, appointed governors, who are oligarchs have a beef among themselves for power, etc.

I want you as the third most-listened to talk show host in this country, do your research and find out the map of Ukraine with places marked for placing the nato forces and put on your site.
That's were the multi-headed monster's ugly heads are buried. The dots would be the rotting points where the stink comes from and can infect the world. Those areas western master want to be freed of humans, you understand? They paid for it, they want their money's worth.
Only USA spent $5 Billion during last 5 years. That's the only one number I have, which was announced loudly by madam bulki-giver in maidan - v. nuland of ours. What about the rest? Private corporations, entire EU and others?
But, by the direct words of Putin, RF for last 20 years in UA's falling economy invested, gave out, and spent over $250 Billion! Look at the gas they've got for special cheap price or used for free all this time. How much you can carry a burden in your backyard, knowing that this particular one is bringing more harmful things around your house?
To understand the situation I put myself in everybody's place and see what can I see. The west is the aggressor and the bad guy in here, hands down. If we are not in a hot world war right now, it's only for Putin's patience. I grade it as unlimited and priceless.
I truly feel this way.
Western media sources today are saying that this Putin's victory. I'd not call it that.
There are no winners when innocent people died in their homes and most industrial part of one of east European countries', who already was economically hurting, is in shambles.
In my opinion, the latter will be still used by the west under disguise of "economic help" to put their feet on the ground. Who knows about Plan C? I don't. Maybe feet will become booths? We'll see.

Putin in his interviews explains things, ours do not. He only reads a comment or declaration written by others. Even Dr. S.F.Cohen is oblivious who is this man is consulting with?

This what I heard from Putin in his own language and in his own words, from his own mouth:
We, RF, have a policy to support the existing governments of countries' of the world wherever a conflict rises. We like to keep our signed contracts and agreements, respect the choice people of those countries' made, do not encourage or instigate coups, red and orange revolutions alike.
At the contrary, the US have a preference to be on the side of every opposition and help them politically and economically. Sometimes they do help both sides, just in case things don't turn around as planed.
Is he wrong? It has been very clear. "Building Nations,""Spreading Democracy Around the World,"
"Supporting the Underdog,"" Helping Poor and Neglected," "Spreading Freedom and Human Rights," etc, etc.
Isn't this familiar to your ears before this country goes into war and can't even figure out how to come out of it?  When in God's sakes they are going to figure out what is in their best interest and who is their real friend.
Today I see a chance for America to become stronger and safer by having good relationship with RF.
Except one thing is on the way of this that I could find out from being sooooo NOT connected and far from politics, that there is a separate fund (lots of $$$$$$$s) just put aside in congress for the...........

In the meantime at NTV.ru/novosti/1209296 you can see a report about continuing fire around Donetsk airport. It believed to be one of the private groups of aggressors who recently had to leave the area in defeat. You can guess what the master recruiter would say to them; "don't come back without victory and hope to get paid," right? Right! Mikhail Fedotov is reporting from Donetsk, saying that those breached the regime of "no fire" for 11 times within last 24 hours. Still destroyed a few houses and injured some residents.
Do you know what's the irony of history in this town? Tomorrow is a day that Donetsk was freed from Nazis in 1945. How about that for lesson of history? How about now? They'd celebrate freedom from one of their own?
Look at this; NTV.ru/novosti/1208500/video you can see another madman's face - a billionaire, appointed governor who hires his own army fighters and don't obey the central government in Kiev,
a thug who openly wears head cover and goes to synagogue, and openly says that he wants to blow up a Hydro station DneproGes. They call it K.al.m.ysk.'s "nuclear winter." His hired thugs are now in control of it, instead of highly qualified professionals, which is a danger onto itself. And he says that he'd better destroy it, then let the local self-defense forces take over.
This would be another Chernobyl or worse. I can't even listen to explanations of consequences of such disaster by experts. It's just unbelievable. Why this retarded satan is not going to europe or elsewhere where he has his money hidden and live his life enjoying it, instead of hanging around there, paying for more bloodshed and threatening to destroy the entire nation(s) existence and cause global environmental catastrophe?  What's wrong with this vermin?
You need to read the list of irreversible effects it can bring to global damage of environment and all living species.
Only Putin can try to stop this and neutralize the threat. Will he? What will happen if he'd?
Instead of giving him noble peace prize the west will call him an aggressor and use it to start a war.
West doesn't care about the "whole" Ukraine, it would be happy to take part of it at least as a
pay off for their efforts. Actually when Eastern regions will conform their autonomy/sovereignty,
that can be even used by the West to say, "that's it, you took yours, I'll take mine."
They took down the Berlin wall and were working to move it toward east all those years. I'm not exaggerating at all. That lo-lo-looking and talking PM of UA actually says he wants to build a wall between UA and RF.
