Latter shoot the former and then, while coming down, was shut from the ground. Pilot ejected himself and was given safe heaven by ground forces of Ukrainian military.
The PM of self-proclaimed republic of Donetsk said that self-defense forces DO NOT have a fighter jets.
Air traffic in that area is controlled by dispatchers from Dnepropetrovsk, who answer to KIEV, not Moscow.
One day prior new armed forces from Kiev went to eastern Ukraine to intensify the fight - the killing and the distraction of entire area of their own country, orchestrated by the WEST.
No wonder WABC was broadcasting (right the top of the 2nd hour of your show) some spokes-mouth from DC saying "no matter who did this, that area will feel the consequences," Which means "we'll go there and finish them all?" Is that it?
How many corpses should be enough for Putin (ethnic Russian and ethnic Ukrainian as well) to do something about this? I wonder if his advisers have a limit in their minds.

All Int'l experts should go there. I hope they can see and hear the local people and feel for their ruined lives.
Russia doesn't have any air forces close to its border with Ukraine, according to all Russian sources.
That Ukrainian pilot who survived can be the key witness, unless the West keeps him under the rug, "accidentally overlooks" some of what he'll say, or, if push comes to shove, declare him insane. The fair thing to do is to interview him simultaneously by all parties involved.
But, because of the burning hate on top of the bias, "fair" assessment won't have a chance in here. At least not right now. Right now he's being "cooked" the way his masters believe fits their agenda.

At 1tv.ru/new/world/263378 Putin in his meeting with his cabinet expressed his condolences, condemned the action, which he called a crime, asked for minute of silence and said that no one responsible should be able to escape.

"this scary tragedy wouldn't happen, should that area lived in peace. Responsibility lies on the country in which territory it had happened. I ordered our military agencies and civil organizations to fully cooperate with investigations to let Russian, Ukrainian and as well as the world public know the truth."
UA's president, candy grandpa oligarch (whose candies are sold mainly in Russia), was quick not to call it a tragedy, but a "t.r.r.st act." He had his mind made up already while rescuers still were fighting the fire.

In the clip 1tv.ru/news/world/263375, an expert, retired military fighter pilot of RF Ruben Yesayan counteracts his conclusion saying that the way pres. concluded so fast what happened, how and by whom, in fact showing that he already knew who did it and were quick to try to cover up. The fact is the air traffic was under Ukrainian control. Malaysian side said that the plane didn't send a stress signal, which means it happened very quickly.
Self-defense has some equipment to fire into air, but not the ones who can shoot that high - more than 10 milometer above. That's only a property of UA's military.
I'm wondering if this was a new thing sold by the West. They were trying a new toy given by the new masters and boom, apparently checked it alright? What would you say?
UA military got reinforcement at the beginning of July in the territory of Donetsk People's Republic and July 16th with the relocation of new divisions, many of them got into this area. According to Igor Korotchenko, those called BUK are powerful, can shoot above 10, 000 meters and as a routine procedure when they put them in new location they have to be tried for functionality.
According to military expert, editor of magazine "Arsenal" Victor Mirakhovsky, it needs a few things to work together and he explains in detail how it is being done. All those things ONLY UA's military could have had. Another expert, first class destroyer-pilot of RF Konstantin Malinin says that it is total responsibility of air control agency, and also International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) for not putting no fly zone in that area.
Actually another Malaysian plane before that flew in much lower altitudes. Why all of a sudden they decided to fly this one on higher altitude and right over the war zone? "It means they did it knowingly," concludes Malinin.
To me the picture is coming together; first the money then the army. Sound familiar?
New Int'l source says that they saw two fighter jets with UA military insignia around the passenger jet before the strike.
While there is a talk to hold a temp. truce to allow recovery efforts, UA military has escalated the offensive. Igor Strelkov, who is the head of self-defense forces of DNR, ordered curfew from 11pm to 6 am.

I switched several channels, try to listen to Mark Stein substituting for Rush, heard waste coming out of his mouth. He made sense sometimes before, I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he's informed and can be objective. I guess he ran out of it.

You just took my call at 3:25 pm and we had a good laugh together. I said that McCain is on very high dosage of Viagra, not acceptable for his advanced age, for the lack of better words. At 1TV.ru/news/world/263415 you can see representatives of OSCE on the ground (which covers a few km square) of the crash site in Eastern Ukraine. You should see the look on people's faces when you're telling that instead of expected bombs they found dead bodies on their roofs and backyards.
What you suppose to do in this case? Which one is worse; a bomb or a dead body? I'd be there I'd ask this Q to people and take a poll. What's wrong with that? Is this unethical? Why?
To me bomb is better. Am I too wrong? At least bomb don't stink and rot. That's more important to me. Ones it would came down I could keep it in my backyard as long as I want. No rush. What would I do with dead body in my backyard? Leave it there?
Those bodies around waiting to be picked up for days can rot and cause epidemic. Then people on the ground will be really doomed. Who should they care about first; the dead who they don't know or their own health and life?
First UA military bombarded the entire areas, didn't have enough of it, then shoot the plane down to throw corpses around in pieces like a body shower. Bomb can kill, so the corpse. You don't want any of those on your head, do you? Which one would you prefer in your backyard? As far as I'm concerned body in your backyard will also cause you more psychological damage than a bomb. Let's say, you have couple of those in your backyard or on your roof. You can take the bomb or pieces of it into your house for safekeeping to show later to the world, right? But you can't or not suppose to bury those bodies, because somebody has to come to pick them up. But, where are the picker-uppers?
People live in that war zone are in info. blockade, have NO information from outside. Their communication which was through Radio&TV tower is destroyed, mobile is controlled by Kiev and is not working, not everyone has a cell phone or electricity to charge the phone. Who pays the phone bill in basements with what to whom? People surviving hungry, drinking dirty water, hiding in dark basements, unable to bury their own loved ones and now this; literally the hell broke loose on them!
Do you understand what's going on? Can you imagine yourself in that situation in this day and age in Europe?
How these people can sleep or go around during the day with all these bodies around the town rotting? This is a authentic Halloween played by Kiev and its Western allies. This one is not a joking matter. This can bring serious health crises. Come to think of it.
P.tus already sent FBI and other specialist in military. But were are they? Where they're going to stay?There are no morgues in there and all hospitals are destroyed. And the town's name is Grobovo, for no laughing reasons. Grob means "grave" in Russian. Irony of fate? PM of People's Republic of Donetsk (or DNR - in Russian) Alex Borodai says that the talk about having found the black boxes is not true. "Local people are not military experts, they don't even know how they suppose to look like," he said. Governor of DNR Pavel Gubarev said that plane was hit 20-30 km away from the place where it came down, which is Dnepropetrovsk region, which is controlled by UA military (on 5:09 min.). It's at 1TV.ru/news/world/263416. Sergey Zenin reports that while it's not clear when and where the bodies will be taken, around the city of Donetsk you can hear bombardments. So Kiev doesn't care that the part of the region literally is an open cemetery under the sky. No respect to dead. They still in the mode of killing some more.
Do you know that UA soldiers get paid for every hostage or dead body? Yes, the job of a soldier there is mostly on commission. A little down-payment and the rest goes by body count. They have a scale from small to big bounties.
Now, today self-defense and Kiev were talking to each other. Self-defense was asking to announce 2-3 days of humanitarian truce with safe corridors to be able to tend to this tragedy. Kiev is not willing to decide on it. "Just the opposite, pres. of UA promised a 'surprise' instead, maybe this was the surprise," Alex Borodai says (on 1:54 min). Self-defense groups offer to help to take bodies to the areas where UA military is stationed, but they were rejected.
At 1Tv.ru/news/polit/263400 Russia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Lavrov says that Putin first called to WH and informed O about the plane crash and said that RF will demand objective and full Int'l investigation.
At NTV.ru/novosti/1147562/video/ deputy minister of Defense of RF Anatoliy Antonov asks 10 Qs to Kiev on TV. Two of them are;
1. "Why system of BUK is situated in Eastern Ukraine, when Kiev knows very well that self-defense forces don't have airplanes, who they intended to target"?
2. Why wasn't "no fly zone" put by Kiev in the area of warfare?

At NTV.ru/video/932081/ Residential areas of Lugansk are being bombarded by UA military despite of the fact that representatives from OSCE working in that town. 13 of peaceful residents are killed and

In the meantime, Kiev is thanking West for sanctions against Russia and asking for more military help. Should Putin impose "no fly zone" over the area where first shuts were fired, NATO would be up in arms running to the border of RF screaming "UA's territorial integrity" like they give a damn.
