Today Economic Forum in St. Petersburg ended with very good results. The amount of participants and constructs signed showed that Russia is open to free markets of the world. More than 12 000 visited from 130 countries.
More than Trillion rubles worth of contracts with companies worldwide are testimony to the fact that Russia is for mutually advantageous and fair business with everyone. Number of contracts this year was much higher than previous years - 332 all together compered to last years a little more than 200 and before that about 100. Even experts in finance were pleasantly surprised.
Participation of about 600 foreign companies and as many as domestic ones show that business is coming to Russia more and more. Germany, France, Canada and USA were the leading countries who signed most contracts for investment.

12 000 visitors were provided with 40 000 meter square convention center equipped with latest tech.
Gary Pruitt , CEO of Associated Press was there and said that it was a very impressive forum. "Leading politician and economists met here to discus the development of international economy and exchange good ideas with the right people," he said.

The event ended very late night with discussion about exploration of Arctic where Putin met with heads of 12 biggest news agencies providing 80% of flew of news worldwide.
Around the tea table with candied manners Putin said that USA is destroying the balance of global security by placing its system PROs in Europe, closer and closer to Russian borders, pretending that they're afraid of Iran.

Then he was asked if Russia have preference for the next president of US. He said no, we'll work with whoever it'll be. Unfortunately Russian card is being played in the rhetoric of campaign, which is only counterproductive to our relations.
Then big shot from London asked what he thinks about the Q of UK staying in or leaving EU, which will be decided in 6 days. Putin said that Russia got nothing to do with it and that it's solely British people's choice.

You should watch the whole thing translated. Although I believe that in any translation always something is missing. In our media's case the most important things are left out and the rest is presented in every crooked way to confuse the public.

Also the West is giving  hard time for Russian athletes to participate in Rio, because some of those show signs of doping. Putin said that's a collective punishment and should be illegal like any other.
