Delegation  of RF walked out of PACE session in Strasbourg yesterday, due to extending sanctions to another 6 months.

In NYC FBI locked up someone who they accuse of "spy.ng" for RF, saying that he obtained the list of banks that the US "might" put sanctions on. Ministry of Foreign affairs of RF at its site /MID.ru said that that's a provocation.
The whole thing makes me laugh. Is it a racket science? Does it need "esp..n.ge" or a good guess might do?
Don't anyone who is in banking or in government anywhere can figure the probability and possibility of every and each financial institution's "chances" of getting on that type of a list in general?
I have no clue about banking, but if I'd be at Putin's desk, I'd tell to all of them to take all necessary
precautions ahead of time, just in case. That's all.
Actually he said that as everyone know now in the "free world's" financial pressure can be used as a tool for political gain.
