Morning news from Moscow at 1tv.ru/news/polit/277591 says the meeting between 4 parties is winding down. By the time of this report it was going on already for 13 hours, throughout the night and none-stop. Even food was given to them at their negotiation tables. Media doesn't have any details at this time.

In the meantime, uncle PP's bloody murderers shelled Donetsk and Lugansk again. Overnight, when big shots were talking, Donetsk was bombarded for more than 20 times, including the city hospital where one person was killed and a nurse was injured. Fire broke out, but was put out, luckily.

At NTV.ru/novosti/1315338 you'll see what's going on in Minsk with time schedule. By 10:42 am PP said that there is no concrete step made toward resolution of conflict.

I personally believe that this is a trap for Russia. They already know what they want. P can't change their mind. Before going there, they knew what needed to be done. It's only a strong urge to weaken RF. A lie can have million faces, but truth is one and it's not flexible. That's why it's hard to deal with it. It's not flexible. While they're talking, people are dying.

After 16 hours of negotiations, the sides came out with some sort of agreement. The headline of the report says; "16 hours that gave hope for peace in Donbass." Sounds wonderful.
Hearing about the results of it, in tactical and strategic terms, don't gave me as much hope as I'd love to hear. I really hope to be wrong on this, but will keep my fingers crossed against my own pessimism.
Putin came out to media and press, said that the first thing they accomplished is to stop the fire by midnight at Feb. 14th., - after tomorrow. On the paper in Russian it's 00:00 at Feb. 15th.
He spoke calmly, all together (for sleepless person), without reading a paper or teleprompter.
Representatives of  DNR and LNR were in Minsk also, but weren't present in conversation between big shots. That's what makes me suspicious and pessimistic.
Of course, they threw something like "they're going to brush it off and agree with it later," which gives me smell of BS. Why not put them around the table and treat them like they're as important as the rest of themselves, - the big shots? Putin's push for that was from the beginning. When he was asked by all the possible sources of information from all over the world, "what is it that you want?," his answer was short and simple; "I want you to talk to people of Donbass, hear them and respect them."
After all these bloody mess, when big shots finally came together, they still kept those people behind, like a second class humans. In other words, big bozos came to decide their faith and future from far away and ..... without them. To me, putting this whole thing into simple words would look like this;
"Oh well; we, the western powers, which, of course, are richer and wiser than you, thus better humans who rule the world currently, we're here to decide your future and how you should behave. We'll let you know what we think without you or for you, then you'll say whatever, maybe, who knows, for all we care. Of course, we'll do whatever we already put our minds into, anyway. Now stay away and wait for the paper to come to you."

To me, there are bigger and more vicious interests behind all this, which are the main ingredients of this bloody stew. I'll analyze this clip and lay out my comments later. ************************

At 1tv.ru/news/world/277640; Putin cams out and says that the last night wasn't the best one in his life, but he thinks that the morning looks better. He jokingly asks reporters; "Did you sleep?"
To the answer "no" he smiles and asks; "We were working all night, what you were up to?" With a little cheer to his friendliness they say "we were waiting for you."
Putin says "despite difficulties of the process of negotiations, the main important thing we all came up with is to stop the fire at 00 Feb. 15th."  Russia uses what we call "military time."
Lukashenko, Pres. of Belarus says that everything went well, but the main goal is the successful implementation of agreements. PP don't seem to be happy.
OSCE will overseeing this process with newly created mutual center of action.
BUT.... Wait to see this! I was right to be pessimistic. Oh, no, OMG! Look what happened!
At 4:44min. you'll hear that the summary of agreement was NOT signed. The official beautiful Hall, fully decorated and set-up for the occasion, is empty. They "postponed" it. So....... what that suppose to mean?
Another lying BS, another show to get attention to feel self-important, that all. It's disgusting.
Fox Alicia was in a hurry to leave, like she running away, the other one - cat Bazillio said the same thing we heard before. One thing only; stop the fire.
They said the same thing before. Seasefire agreement was signed on Sep. 19th. What happen?
It became worse for self defence. At that time they were pushing the thugs out and about finishing the job. They didn't want to stop, but followed the agreement and compiled, which turned to their own demise. UA goc. used the occasion to regroup, rearm, PP ran to D.C. asked for more money and arms. Donbass liberation forces lost more of their lives and their families, friends, neighbors, relatives, everyone Russians and Ukrainian alike. More devastation all over, the entire region is in shambles. Even if they win, most don't have family to go to and home to live in.
That's what happened.

Rep. of DNR Dennis Pushilin wrote on his twitter account that PP is being mislead by his advisors that in Debaltsevo they don't have a problem. Actually, about 8000 UA soldiers are surrounded by self-defense forces and have no way of escaping. In Russian they call it "katyol," which means boiler. They were offered to give up their arms and were guaranteed to let go, but are not doing it.
UA commanders don't tell them the truth, don't want them out, so they're dying by fighting in vain.
Maybe he's right.

My opinion is that those 2 puppets of El Jefe ran to P to be able to save Kiev thugs in katyol.
I'd go a little even further and say this; to prolong their deaths, made them suffer more, to be in a half-dead condition, so should they even survive, they'd be genetically damaged. In the meantime gain time to be able to send arms they're preparing to send. The proof is O's authorization to give UA $1B, right at the time of "peace negotiations." What else you need to know?

Look at another report at NTV.ru/novosti/1316916/video. Put 2 pictures together simultaneously; Palace of Independence in Minsk with big shots with their security personnel "talking," and the war zone in eastern Ukraine where poor people (who are half-brothers) facing their mortality from each other's hands. Last 24 hours Kiev thugs attacked 19 times. Most damage was done to towns of Krasnogorovka, Avdeevka and Gorlovka. In Gorlovka bomb came down on the house where among others one year old child was killed.

This is the worst type of tragedy for humanity. And this is hatched in Kiev's "maidan" a year ago. Go back, look at that name, look at the people's faces perpetrating street violence in there which became a coup and turned country upside down. This is all because the ex-president was too nice which mounted to weakness. Should he order those thugs off the streets and have them arrested and locked up, these much bloodshed and destruction would not happen. When those drug addicts were living, eating, drinking, doing drugs, burning, bombing and ambushing (being provided and encouraged by the EU and US), people of Donbass were living in peace and going to work. When they saw what type of thugs took over the country, they said "no" to it. They said "you didn't ask us, we don't want a coup, we don't want people who we don't elect to rule us, we can rule ourselves."
Then Kiev said "no, you don't want to live under my rule, my neo-nazi ideology who is going to desecrate your father's and grandfather's graves, - we're going to kill you, bomb you in your homes."   That's all.
